Fara can deliver your order to almost any country in the world!

Delivery Charges

The cost of delivering your order varies depending on the contents of your order and your delivery country. To see the cost of delivering to your county, add your order to a basket and continue to the checkout. When you are asked to select your delivery country, we will show you a range of delivery options and prices.

Shipping Partner & transit insurance

We ship all orders using our international shipping partner, DHL. with the exception of a premium service to Norway. Your order is signed for and is fully insured while in transit. You will receive options from DHL to accept delivery of your order including leave with a neighbour, deliver on specific days etc. Please note that you will be responsible for your order if you agree with DHL that the order can be left without your signature.

Pickup from Oslo Experience Centre

It is always possible to have your order sent to our Experience Centre in Oslo to be picked up.

Taxes and duties

Taxes and duties are included for the following coutries: Norway, All countries in the EU and the United Kingdom. All other countries will incur a tax and duties event. Our shipping partner will reach out to you with this information when your order is being imported.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your Fara order you can return it within 7 days (not including custom build bikes) in original condition for a refund.

Returned items must be securely packaged in a sealed box, to ensure the contents are protected during transit. Fara reserve the right to refuse the return of any items which have been damaged in return transit due to insufficient packaging.
